Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
